Iowa Bicycle Summit & RAGBRAI Expo in Des Moines

The Raccoon River Valley Trail Association will have a display booth, staffed by members of the board of directors, at the 8th annual Iowa Bicycle Summit & RAGBRAI Expo at Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Des Moines on Saturday, January 28.   The summit, which is sponsored by the Iowa Bicycle Coalition, also has sessions on that Friday, January 27.  On the 28th, many vendors of special interest to Iowa cyclists will have booths at the auditorium.  That evening, the route announcement party for RAGBRAI XL will be held right there, too.  For more details, click here.

Fifth annual membership banquet of RRVT Association

The fifth annual membership banquet and fundraising auction of the Raccoon River Valley Trail Association is set for Saturday evening, February 18, at the Lake Panorama National Resort Conference Center, located north of Panora in the middle of the Panorama National golf course.  More details about the banquet will be announced soon, but  you can get the date on your calendars now.
