The Raccoon River Valley Trail Association fed lunch to 120 at the fourth annual membership picnic held Saturday, July 9, trailside at the Redfield Depot. The food line stayed just as busy for nearly 90 minutes of the two-hour picnic, which is free to RRVT Association members and $5 to anyone else interested. Highlighting the menu was delicious barbecued pork loin, hamburgers, hotdogs and the gourmet baked beans from Bett & Bev’s BBQ in Jefferson.
