COOPER, Iowa, July 4, 2009 – Besides coming to this Internet site for news about the Raccoon River Valley Trail, you can now also get updates on Twitter.
Chuck Offenburger, secretary of the Raccoon River Valley Trail Association, will be doing most of the “tweets,” as the short messages are called on the social networking tool Twitter.
You can “follow” along on the Internet site www.twitter.com/iowabiketrail.
Offenburger generally will be “tweeting” about RRVT news and observations, but he will also occasionally do reports on other trails around Iowa and sometimes beyond.
