The Raccoon River Valley Trail is showcased in a spectacular new, six-minute-long video which you can view free here in this story. It is the work of one of Iowa’s top video production companies.
PERRY, Iowa, March 18, 2007 – A gorgeous new look at the Raccoon River Valley Trail is now available free by clicking into one of the links at the bottom of this news story.
The video was completed in late winter to help support an application by the RRVT for funding from the Community Attraction & Tourism (CAT) fund of the Vision Iowa Program.
Most of the videography and production was done by Neil Zaugg, producer/editor at Applied Art and Technology, in West Des Moines. The company donated much of its time and professional services to the Dallas County Conservation Board, which along with the conservation boards in Greene and Guthrie Counties, owns and operates the trail.
Neil and his wife Laura Zaugg, who is one of the naturalists working for the Dallas County Conservation Board, are both users and advocates of the trail.
